At a time when improved Health and Well Being initiatives are top of everyones agenda, there is no better place to start than the Seven Towers Leisure Centre. Whether you want to improve your fitness, try a new class, loose those pounds gained over the holidays or simply lead a healthier lifestyle the Seven Towers Leisure Centre offers a varied programme of activity to suit all ages and everyone is welcome. The Centre runs a range of Courses & Classes for all age groups and abilities some of which are: Senior Citizen Bowls, Parent & Toddler Swimming Sessions, Adult Swimming Lessons, Junior Swimming Lessons, Ladies Activity Evening, Bronze Medallion, 50 + Club, Gymnastics, Disabled Swimming Lessons, Bocce, Little Otters and Saturday Morning Special.New class starts Wednesday 15th September 2010 7.30pm - 9.30pm
